Queen Victoria Women's Centre - Wayi Djerring

Wayi Djerring is located on Level 4, our largest venue with a capacity of up to 50-90 people in seated rows. It is spacious and airy, lined with heritage windows and features its own private wrought-iron balcony overlooking the CBD. The venue is in proscenium with a raised stage, black curtain and backstage area with private bathrooms. We can provide small amounts of storage room for set and prop items. The venue is wheelchair accessible.

The Queen Victoria Women’s Centre is an iconic Melbourne landmark that supports women (cis, trans and non-binary inclusive) through creative experiences, community resources and the power of connection. We host creative programming onsite, online and around Victoria, have beautiful venues available to hire, and offer space to likeminded organisations. We are for women, by women – always.
