Victorian era warehouse space , wide open space, airy, with 25 fold out seats available. Next to the last 96 Tram stop on Nicholson Street. Intimate events with up to 75 floor seated audience easily fit in the room. There is a kitchen with an urn, microwave, fridge and gas stove. Two toilets. A 1000Watt PA is available for hire.
