@14 occupies the ground floor of a distinctive and prominently located building in the heart of Melbourne’s cultural precinct, only metres from the corner of Smith and Gertrude Streets, Collingwood.

Originally an old steel factory @14 has been designed with a modern aesthetic whilst retaining elements of its past. The 150 sqm space offers the versatility for a variety of different purposes – private events, art exhibitions, product or book launches, photo shoots or performance.

The venue has a neutral interior, a significant display window, a movable room divider, dimmable LED batten lighting, art track hanging system and roller door access for easy bump in & out. Other amenities include CCTV, back to base security, wifi and sound system.
