A Dirty Kebab

An absurd black comedy about drinking, benders and wankers.

  • Presented by: Plain English Theatre

  • Written and Directed by: Savier D'Arsie-Marquez

Party rats Kate and Greg awake after a massive bender to find their friend, Derrick, dead. They quickly learn that Derrick, owed the Bikie, Big Dick Barry, ten thousand dollars. Now it's up to Kate, a stoner with a dark past and Greg, a rocker with no songs, to find the money in 24 hours, or it's their heads on the chopping block.

Laugh along as you watch these two bumbling 20 somethings hilariously remind you of every drunk wanker you've met at a party. Experience the realities of living in a dirty sharehouse in an intoxicatingly fun 60-minute romp of a hangover.

From the 27 club to religious leaders, these hair of the dogged troublemakers will stop at nothing to get the money, even if they need to stop for a smoke, a beer or a chunder first.

After a wildly successful first season, 'A Dirty Kebab' returns to bring you the bender of a lifetime.

"A Dirty Kebab is a hysterically funny drug-fuelled black comedy. With some sly wit, it shines a light on what endless partying, alcoholism and a huge ego can lead to if left unchecked. This is a show well worth checking out for a fun night of laughs." - Lilithia Reviews.
