Community Centre in the West, with flexible spaces available for casual hire.

St Albans Community Centre (STACC) is home to a range of arts and community spaces ideal for performances, events, rehearsals, meetings, training and more.

You can hire large flexible space for functions or events, or smaller spaces as a casual or regular hire.

All spaces at the Bowery Theatre and STACC are wheelchair accessible and close to accessible bathrooms.

Gender neutral bathrooms are available.

A lift services both levels.

Each space has: access to wifi, temperature controls, power points, lighting.

Tables and chairs can be reconfigured as needed.

Individual artists and small independent groups (under 12 members) are encouraged to apply to be considered for a special artist rate of $9.70/hr for use of STACC’s community spaces.     St Albans Community Centre is wheelchair accessible.

    St Albans Community Centre (STACC) and the Bowery Theatre has facilities to enable access for everyone in the community. Some of these features include a large drop off zone directly out the front, and wide, automatic entrance doors, wide doors throughout, and removable theatre seats. All accessible signage throughout the centre includes braille.

    STACC is fully wheelchair accessible, with a lift servicing the ground and first floor.

    Accessible Toilets
    There are 3 gender-neutral accessible toilets located in the centre. Gendered toilets are also located on the first floor, with an accessible stall in each.

    Parking
    There are 35 parking bays located directly outside STACC, including 2 accessible parking bays and a large drop-off zone. There is a parking limit of 3 hours. Additionally parking is available in surrounding streets. Please observe all parking signage.

    Public transport
    STACC is a short distance from St Albans train station. Bus routes 408 and 418 pass along Main Road East and Errington Reserve.
