(Un)marginalised Season 2 Launch

A live recording of the raw intersectionality podcast, featuring an interview with Carly Findlay.

  • Written and Produced by: Liel K. Bridgford

  • Featuring: Carly Findlay

  • : The City of Melbourne Art Grants 2022

(Un)marginalised explores what it’s like to belong to several groups of marginalised people. Shamelessly talking about anything from discrimination and romance, to gender and race, this show leaves your mind ticking with ideas and your heart filled with hope.

The host Liel K. Bridgford will be in-conversation with Carly Findlay OAM, an award-winning writer, speaker and appearance activist. The two disabled people will talk about what it’s like to navigate the world when you’re disabled, a woman, an immigrant, a person of colour - and how these things interact!

Join Liel and Carly as they ask each other questions we all seek answers to, about identity, culture, feminism, justice and love. This is a celebration of diversity and a search for a better world using listening and acceptance.

The event will include exclusive content you can only experience on the night, including the story behind the podcast and your questions answered live on stage.
