We know that Festival time can be stressful for artists – this life can come
with its own particular set of challenges, from late nights to
unpredictable income. Come along to this info session to learn some
practical self-care techniques to keep you going (or help you pause) when
you need them most.
This session is presented by Chris Cheers, a
psychologist with a long history of working in the Arts. Tapping into his
specialist understanding of the sector and his experience working with
independent artists, Chris will cover a whole range of tips and tricks on
how to manage your wellbeing, self-care and Corona anxiety.
All
Artist Info Sessions are free, Auslan interpreted, and held on Zoom. There
will also be closed captioning available via the feature on Zoom. If you
