The Scrolls is a stunning, active and archival Climate Emergency-focussed artwork of extraordinary beauty.

Starting on Earth Day 2022 (26 March) and ongoing until Earth Day 2030, every day for 3,000 days, award winning botanical artist Sharon Field is adding a drawing or painting from her immediate environment to The Scrolls.

In communicating the complexity and heartbreak of the climate crisis, Sharon’s Scrolls are a powerful, timely call to action to preserve and protect invaluable ecosystems upon which all life on Earth depends.

This special event will launch an international tour of The Scrolls and include a conversation with key architects of the City of Yarra’s globally leading Climate Emergency Plan 2024-2030.
