The Centre for Projection Art presents ‘More Than’, an exhibition of new works developed through the 2024 residency program. These works will be showcased inside and outside at Collingwood Yards over four nights. This year's residency theme invites artists to explore and reimagine our complex and interconnected relationships with non-human ecologies.

The exhibition delves into the symbiotic connections between humans, animals, plants and technological entities, challenging viewers to rethink their place within these dynamic ecosystems.

Visitors will experience immersive installations that blend light, sound, and movement, encouraging a deeper appreciation for the diverse and interconnected world around us.

About Centre for Projection Art

The Centre for Projection Art is committed to developing the medium of projection art. We present Australia’s longest running and much-loved Gertrude Street Projection Festival. From staging workshops, masterclasses, and mentorship programs, to running artist residencies and more, we are committed to developing the integration and use of projection art within a wide range of artistic mediums. We’re passionate about sharing our knowledge and skills by producing and consulting on events that showcase the projection art form. Our events are a chance to share what we love with communities, and we relish the opportunity to bring people together.
