A circus celebration of the fierce and wild. Snatch and Grab is a D.I.Y spectacle of absurd acrobatics, contorted comedy and household appliances.

Built by Snatch Circus, a fem-punk circus from Belfast, made up of award winning agents of chaos Angelique Reckless Ross and Mish Mash Thoburn, aided and abetted by Ken Fanning.

I grew up in Carrickfergus and got my acrobatic skills by jumping fences and running from the cops during the weekly riots. These days I want to combine activism and performance. I like flipping, being upside down and standing on Angelique. I also do visual art.

Angelique Reckless Ross

Aerialist, carny and former junior axe throwing champion of Western Australia.
I grew up performing and teaching in community circuses all over rural Western Australia. I’ve lived in caravans and big tops on different sides of the world. Now based in Belfast being stood on and thrown about by Tumble Circus, tour a one woman show Spit, and am one half of the female DIY punk circus duo Snatch Circus.
And part of the life changing, incredible community that is the Vault Artist Studios.
