Tobias Finlay-Fraser is the greatest actor of his generation. Only problem is, he’s played by little-known comedian Casey Filips.

Virtuoso is a one-man comedy hour following the trials and tribulations of a pretentious idiot doing anything he can to win over the crowd, finally claim his overdue Oscar and save theatre from the cultural abyss.

Casey Filips is an actor/comedian from Melbourne, Australia. He's performed comedy all over the world including playing a sold out Leicester Square Theatre in London, the Palais de Glaces in Paris and a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2023. He also studied clowning in Paris under famous comedy tutor Philippe Gaulier.
After extending his run at the MICF due to popular demand, Casey will bring his award-winning debut comedy hour to Melbourne Fringe for a strictly limited run.
