Footscray Community Arts - Amphitheatre

A gorgeous outdoor area with lush green grass and spectacular views of Melbourne’s city skyline across the Maribyrnong River. The Amphitheatre is a beautiful natural space with bluestone seating in the round. The area is easily contained for private events, and is serviced with toilet facilities in Henderson House.

Footscray Community Arts is located on the banks of the Maribyrnong River and can be accessed by public transport, car. and by walking/cycling via the Maribyrnong River trail.
Parking will be limited due to construction works across the street, we encourage using public transport & ride shares if you are able to.

Footscray Station is a 12 minute walk away via the pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Winfield St and Moreland St.
The 402 bus stops on the corner of Moreland Street and Dynon Road, Footscray Community Arts is a 5 minute walk down Moreland Street from there.
There is a ride share/taxi drop off area located in the car park on Moreland Street in front of Henderson House. There is a bench available for you while you wait for your driver. There are 2 hour unmetered car-parks in Footscray Community Arts’ front car park and metered parking on Moreland Street.
