Mind the Dancer questions what it is to dance in a crowded room with friends and strangers and explores how we can conjure that experience in the new world.
Aunty Jonny asks participants to still themselves in their own space. We ask people to journey inside and find what things they really love and miss about dancing at parties.
45 minutes Dance Meditation and Guided Journey.
And then a 45 Minute DJ set.
You’ll need:
- Space to move
- Good quality headphones, hopefully Bluetooth - but you can also play it through speakers - however, it's not recommended to play it through your computer speakers
The experience is an hour and a half long and has two parts, the first is a 45 minute meditation and imaginative party, the second part is a 45 minute dancing session.
This is best experienced on your own, but could be done with housemates.
"I loved it" - Jonny's mum after she heard about it.
