Kate made a discovery. She wrote a poem about it. She writes lots of poems about sex, sexuality, the body, and bodily functions. She's filthy, flirty, and funny; saucy, seductive, and sensual; raunchy, ridiculous, and ravishing. You won't believe what comes out of her lips.
Kate Spencer is producer of Naked Girls Reading NZ, the Wellington Feminist Poetry Club, and the Speakeasy Sessions; she's also co-producer of Poetry in Motion Wellington. She has written and self-published two collections of poems that couldn't be more different. "Squirt" and other merch will be on sale after her show.
Kate is an award-winning Fringe artist, a NZ national slam finalist, a typewriter poet for hire, a project manager, an editor, a writer, a committed Christian, a dichotomy. She has done many things with her life and will do many more. She's the queer queen of quim – join her for a night of naughtiness (no nudity – unless you ask nicely)!

"Kate Spencer makes a splash in her debut one-horny-woman show Squirt. Poetry blends with stand-up comedy in this body positive, sex positive and positively vulgar treat. ...Spencer commands the stage. She is unapologetically and hilariously smutty. Her style is fast, smart and slams the patriarchy." - http://www.artmurmurs.nz/theatre/squirt
