Snake of Light is a showcase of First Nations poets and speakers. The art of spoken word has been an integral part of Indigenous culture since its very origins. The use of language and story-telling has changed and adapted over the ages, but the voice of Indigenous culture is still burning strong.
Snake of Light will be an opportunity for Melbourne Fringe audiences to hear the spirit of the world's oldest culture speak through its youngest generations.
