Lucy Best (No Holes Barred, Disgraceful, Loafaoke, Unbridled, Motherfu(t, Keep The Change) has been producing and hosting Queer Variety nights in Melbourne since 2019. Since then, the nights have built momentum and community. Lucy is delighted to present Queer Cabaret at The Motley Bauhaus for Melbourne Fringe Festival 2023.

Lucy will host a specially curated line up of spectacular and hilarious performers from LGBTIQA+ communities. Each show will have a different line up with Lucy hosting. Expect sketch, music, stand up, drag, burlesque and most of all a lot of fun.

About Lucy Best

Lucy Best is an Australian-based British comedian, writer, actor, comic and producer. She performs Stand Up Comedy, Cabaret, Music and Theatre around Australia and internationally. Lucy’s work regularly includes her hilarious hot takes on themes of feminism, mental health, social justice, sex positivity and gender and sexual diversity.

Lucy produces and hosts regular Queer Cabaret variety nights and also hosts burlesque and comedy shows for other producers.
