About Scimm. Dance Company

Scimm. Dance Company is an independent Naarm/Melbourne-based contemporary dance company founded in 2013 by joint Company Directors, Scott Pokorny and Tim Barnes. During this time, Scimm. has been a staple in the Melbourne dance scene, producing high-quality contemporary dance works with their unique style of fusing classical technique with contemporary dance and a commercial edge.

Festival Hub: Trades Hall - ETU Ballroom is wheelchair accessible.

The entrance to the venue is on Lygon St. You can head up the front stairs and through the main doors, from there head right to get to the Loading Dock.
If you need step free access, there is lift at the front of the building and our team will be able to guide you from there to the Loading Dock.

Once you're in the Loading Dock you can head west and through the corridor to the stairs, and up to the ETU Ballroom. There is also a lift if you are unable to take the stairs.
