Woven in the south-western wheatbelt of rural Victoria is a town called Toobloodyfaraway. Its founders weren’t very creative. In the early 1900s letters travel the worst postal route out of Melbourne and back, stoking a budding romance between two women of not-at-all-flower-like delicacy. These Victorian Victorians are laying it all on the mail line.
