PLEASE NOTE: The session on Fri 27 Sept 10:30am - 4:30pm is an extended workshop. In this workshop the focus is on relaxing and grounding the body. We will explore some different ways to dissolve the body: releasing back, letting go, dropping down, and freeing up. The day will include gentle yoga, stretching, scanning, singing, breathing, reading & writing activities.
AUSLAN interpretation is available for the 7:00pm session on 26 September. Please let us notify Melbourne Fringe if you require an interpreter. Interpreters have been booked through Auslan Stage Left. The interpreter is Linda D'Ornay.
