Last month in-person shows were cancelled. Fringe performers Josh Glanc, Oliver Coleman and Blake Everett decided to quickly pivot. With the support of Melbourne Fringe, Front of House Productions and Muuzostream, they ditched their live shows and in just a few days, created a wild and surreal late night talk show none of them could have foreseen. Created, shot and edited over a couple of days: It’s Tonight! with Spanish Fuk Boi.
Spanish Fuk Boi was co-host of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival Lip Sync Grand Final with Michelle Brasier and is best known as co-host of the acclaimed late-night comedy show Stamptown Comedy Night (Winner: Best Themed Comedy Night - Chortle Awards).
Starring Josh Glanc as Spanish Fuk Boi, Oliver Coleman as Mr Coo Coo the pigeon and Blake Everett as Pancakes the Clown. Featuring Grace Jarvis as Ranger Grace and a special stand-up performance from Blake Freeman. All sound cues were downloaded. All content is 100% improvised. This show is the #1 late night show on Demand. Download it now. Or if you are reading this before 9 October, download it then.
A special message from Spanish Fuk-Boi:
“Oh my god, thank you so much for watching the show. I cannot believe that you are watching it. I love showbusiness. Showbusiness is amazing and if you dream it, you can be in showbusiness. Thank you so much for having me.”
This project is amplified by Melbourne Fringe as part of the Cash For Creatives Program, and filmed with support from Melbourne Fringe, Front of House Productions Australia and Muuzostream through the Restart Investment to Sustain and Expand (RISE) fund – an Australian Government initiative.
