Melbourne Fringe’s avant-garde art, furniture and design exhibition has been platforming cutting-edge design, beautiful objects and reimagined furniture for 37 years.

Now Linden New Art is transformed for the exhibition 'Speculation: Eight Billion Little Utopias', a theme that sets designers free to craft unconventional materials into playful and provocative object design imagining alternate utopias. From the slick to the sophisticated and the seriously experimental, you’ll discover your own little utopia at Design Fringe.

    Partial Wheelchair Access

    Linden New Art is partially wheelchair accessible.

    There is step-free access to the venue, though the pavement is uneven and narrow in places. Wheelchair users enter at the main entrance. Many of the venue's internal doors are 90cm wide. While the Main Galleries and the Workshop Space are fully accessible, the Linden Projects Space (upstairs) is not.

    There is on-street parking nearby but no reserved accessible parking.

    There are two fully accessible toilets on site. One in the main gallery and one in the workshop space.
    There are two ambulant toilets in the main gallery.
