Blood Is Thicker Than Hummus follows the Parker family; brother and sister Patrick and Penelope, who hold wildly different values and haven't spoken for 5 years. It’s been 5 months since their Dad passed away and 5 minutes since they last argued. They are finally coming together for the first family dinner in a long time to appease their mother Pamela. While the audience eternally waits for their meal to be served, a normal family get together turns; exploring the weird sides of each of the family members, their quirks, and their faults, sibling rivalry, parents' expectations being let down and crazy hijinks.
In this outrageous comedy, you are welcomed into the home of the Parkers as extended family and friends, getting amongst the thick of the action and helping prepare for the dysfunctional dinner.
