A hand drawn, golden framed picture with high contrast editing. It features 'The Heart' on their knees, who's wearing a black suit and wielding a dagger behind their back. They're facing 'The Soul', who is wearing a white dress and holding a vial of red poison behind their back. They're sitting on a throne looking down at 'The Heart'. The throne bears an emblem of a snake eating itself. There's a realistic hand puppet-erring both 'The Heart' & 'The Soul'. There's a white dying tree in the background.
A photo of Tenere De Sylva laying in front of a black curtain. Tenere (the director) is seductively looking out of frame. She is wearing black lingerie and suspenders. Her face is covered with white face paint and black dog-like whiskers. Her hair is brunette and is drooping out of frame.
A photo of Tahlia Hayes standing in front of a black curtain. Tahlias character 'Paranoia' is snarling at the audience. She is wearing a black corset with a red leotard underneath. There's a black trench coat draping over her shoulders. Her face is covered with white face paint and exaggerated black eyebrows and lips. Her hair is blonde and frizzled.

After-Light: The Prog-Rock Opera is a highly original, progressive rock, German expressionism cabaret about self-acceptance and forgiveness. A confronting yet honest dive into the world of obsession and possession, in a high-octane, provocative musical manner.

Following the separation of 'The Heart' & 'The Soul'; 'The Heart' falls into a life-threatening coma. In order for them to wake, first, they must face their past traumas and darkest desires. For if they don't, they will forever be trapped in the 'After-Light', a limbo of their own creation.

However, 'The Heart' will have to reconcile with the future version of themselves, 'Mister D', a loathsome creature fuelled by lust and lies.

In this 60-minute, "Don't Stop Til You Drop!"-operatic-extravaganza, 'The Heart' will have to learn how to let go of 'The Soul'. If ‘The Heart’ fails and succumbs to the darkness within... At the very least, I hope you learn.
